I never once attempted to shut you up. The reverse is true. I have spun nothing and only spoke my mind with what was as close to the truth as humanly possible as in your claim that Nixon was impeached, for example. I was a Democrat, didn't vote for Nixon, but I know history with some reasonable measure of accuracy regardless of my political affiliation back then.
That you would openly and willingly suggest that I should 'shut up' is proof that the opposite of your claim is true. I suggest that you and anyone should be able to speak their minds and defend your right to say it.
Bashing, name calling and ordering someone to "shut up", is not a Liberal position, in the classic sense. It is a Progressive or Socialist or Fascist ideal to halt others from speaking, but it's hardly a Liberal one.
